Refund and Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is important to us. Since perfumes are sensitive personal products, we apply the following policy:

• Products can be returned or exchanged within 3 days of receipt, provided they are unopened, in their original condition, and within their original packaging.
• Opened or used products are not accepted for hygiene reasons, unless they have a manufacturing defect.
• If a damaged or incorrect product is received, we will replace it free of charge or fully refund its value.
• Refunds will be processed using the original payment method within 5–10 business days after the returned product is received and inspected.
